Vastu Key is a Vastu Shastra consultancy based in Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India. We provide guidance and recommendations rooted in the principles of Vastu Shastra for residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, and personal well-being purposes. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access our website or avail our consultation services.

Vastu Key offers a range of Vastu consultation services, including but not limited to:

  • Residential and Tower Vastu consultation
  • Commercial Space Vastu consultation
  • Factory and Industrial Vastu consultation
  • Hospital, Hotel, Mall, and Showroom Vastu consultation

3. Consultations

Consultations may be conducted in person, over the phone, via video call, or through any other medium as mutually agreed upon between the client and Vastu Key. To schedule a consultation, clients may reach out through our website contact form, email, phone, or WhatsApp.

Clients are expected to provide accurate and complete information relevant to their consultation, including property details, floor plans, and any other requested documentation. The quality and accuracy of our recommendations depend on the information provided by the client.

Consultation timelines and deliverables will be communicated at the time of booking. Vastu Key reserves the right to reschedule consultations due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable prior notice to the client.

Vastu Key provides advisory services based on the traditional principles of Vastu Shastra. It is important to understand the following:

  • No Guaranteed Outcomes: Vastu Key does not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, or benefits from following our recommendations. The effectiveness of Vastu guidance may vary based on numerous factors, many of which are beyond our control.
  • Not a Substitute for Professional Advice: Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, structural engineering, or architectural advice. Clients should consult qualified professionals for matters relating to health, legal disputes, financial decisions, or structural modifications to properties.
  • No Medical or Health Claims: Vastu Key does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or illness. Our consultations should not be interpreted as medical advice in any form.
  • No Legal Promises: Our recommendations do not constitute legal counsel and should not be relied upon for resolving legal matters.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vastu Key, its owner Acharya Preeti Singhal, and its associates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Any actions taken or decisions made based on our Vastu recommendations.
  • Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content provided on our website.
  • Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your personal data.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific consultation in question.

7. User Responsibilities

Consultation fees are communicated to the client prior to the commencement of services. Payment is expected as per the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.

  • All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
  • Payment methods accepted will be communicated at the time of booking and may include bank transfer, UPI, or other digital payment modes.
  • Full or partial advance payment may be required before the consultation begins, depending on the nature and scope of the service.
  • All payments made are subject to the cancellation and refund terms outlined below.

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel a scheduled consultation, please notify us at the earliest possible opportunity. The following terms apply:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling, at the discretion of Vastu Key.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled consultation may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund.
  • No refund will be issued for consultations that have already been completed or for services that have been partially delivered.
  • Vastu Key reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a consultation due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the client will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, our website, or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

Vastu Key reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
